Ramachandran Kottuvala has been actively involved in the field of performing and contemporary arts, both visual and aural, for over three decades. He is a founder member and principal mentor of Keli, a Mumbai based cultural organization focussing on the performing art tradition of India functioning since 1992. Ramachandran has worked as the special curator of the performing art segment for two editions of the Kochi-Muziris Biennale, and is also a documentary film producer and director, with numerous films about the arts and artists to his credit.
